Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Co/Assistant Manager in a similar volume apparel business.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and KPIs.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Occasional travel to other store locations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to create action plans and grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Develop team members to create a great customer experience.
• Oversee division of responsibility and be accountable for results.
• Support store standards for merchandising and operations.
• Learn all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive it.
• Remain composed during challenges and unforeseen circumstances.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and manage in the Store Manager's absence.
