You will shape store success with autonomy and contribute to the company's growth in a dynamic retail environment. As a member of Management, you will recruit, train, and develop staff, drive sales through merchandising and promotions, manage inventory and store standards, and ensure health and safety

Qualifications

• Experience as Retail Store Manager or similar role with sales targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in reading sales reports and basic business mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a motivated team to deliver top performance.
