Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations in our Massachusetts location. You will mentor team members to deliver fast, friendly service and ensure every customer has a great shopping experience.

The role requires at least one year of retail experience, basic computer skills, and strong communication. You will support inventory tasks, vendor check-ins, training, and store safety and cleanliness. Starting rate is $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum of one year retail experience.
• Must have general computer knowledge.
• Must read, write and operate electronic equipment and sales transactions.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to stand, lift and bend; flexible to shifts.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a courteous, friendly attitude.
• Stock, re-stock inventory merchandise throughout facility.
• Check in vendor deliveries.
• Assist in training.
• Assist Store Manager as needed.
• Read, write and operate electronic equipment and sales transactions.
• Must be able to stand at all times; read and follow instructions.
• Ensure physical maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of all store facilities.
