Job summary

Nike in McAllen, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach staff, drive store performance, and partner with the community to grow the Nike brand locally.

The role requires strong leadership, retail know-how, and the ability to manage daily operations, merchandising, and team development in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Four years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience
• Three years of leadership experience
• Proven ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without accommodations
• Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling
• Able to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
