Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and scanner, and generate basic reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and assist customers at the register.
• Open and close the store as needed, at least two days per week.
• Help schedule employees and train staff, conduct safety meetings, ensure policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise through receiving, stocking, restocking, and planograms.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and protect company assets through loss prevention measures.
• Oversee store operations in the Store Manager’s absence.
