Job summary

Rocket Stores in Glenwood Springs, CO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a full-time role. You will support the Store Manager in all store operations and ensure a safe, customer-focused environment.

You will also assist customers, develop connections, and maintain a positive attitude. The position requires 2–4 years of supervisory retail experience, English communication skills, and flexibility with shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Supervisor, or Team Lead at a retail store.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (unless otherwise indicated by the hiring manager due to local regulations).
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written is required.
• Be physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cover Store Manager duties when not present.
