Job summary

Pacsun is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, top-line sales driven store. The role emphasizes delivering an engaging customer experience, coaching staff, and upholding brand standards.

You will be responsible for maintaining store operations, safety, and visual presentation while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high-performance teamwork.

Qualifications

• Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as floor supervisor during non-peak periods and support Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, sales-driven store.
• Deliver engaging, authentic customer experiences and resolve issues per policy.
• Maintain clean, organized store and stockroom to optimize safety and customer experience.
• Provide feedback to leadership to improve customer experience and store operations.
• Drive efficiency in store processes and ensure visual standards and brand directives are followed.
