Responsibilities

• Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily store operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and processing damaged goods; payroll and scheduling records.
• Train and supervise store associates and develop the team.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; ensure store areas meet company standards.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash handling.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and safety guidelines.
