Responsibilities

• Owns responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence.
• Assist in personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to complete department responsibilities and maintain standards.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
