• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling employees, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Follow company processes to manage merchandise, including receiving, stocking and rotating displays.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and cash control procedures; deposit money.
• Assist in store operations in the Store Manager’s absence.
