Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and a positive work environment.
• Maintain product displays and store layouts to Skechers standards.
• Monitor stock levels, restock, and organize the sales floor.
