You will report to the Store Manager, drive sales against KPIs, assist in recruiting and developing staff, and oversee payroll, inventory, merchandising, and compliance with alcohol laws. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with 1-3 years in retail leadership; flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of work experience; 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role in retail.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team.
• Support day-to-day operations including payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain vendor relationships to support store and inventory objectives.
• Ensure adherence to laws/regulations related to sale of alcohol and maintain a safe store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
