Colours, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and lead team members to deliver outstanding customer service.

You will help uphold company standards, achieve financial goals, and foster a productive, customer-focused environment. In this role you will mentor staff, ensure policy compliance, and build strong relationships with customers while contributing to store growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; business/management coursework preferred.
• Retail or store leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong inventory management and operational process understanding.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop team members.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer apps.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs; strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and policy compliance.
• Support sales growth with customer engagement and account development.
• Coach and develop store staff to promote accountability and service.
• Monitor inventory, assist with ordering and stock organization.
• Assist in financial management: review sales reports and expenses.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain strong relationships.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant store environment.
• Step in to lead operations in the Store Manager's absence.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Communicate with leadership and other departments for alignment.
