Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Kay Jewelers Outlet to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will mentor team members, train for product knowledge, and help recruit staff to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations to meet sales and profit projections.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruitment and selection of team members.
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures and perform other duties as needed.
