Job summary

TravisMathew is seeking an Asst. Store Manager at Legacy Place in Dedham, MA. The role supports daily store operations, drives sales, and leads client-focused service on the floor.

You will recruit and train a team of staff, implement merchandising directives, and manage CRM initiatives to encourage repeat business. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred) and minimum 2 years in retail store management plus 3 years in client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in related field.
• 3+ years in client service capacity.
• 2+ years in retail store management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide an approachable and efficient sales and service focus on the floor to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop / retain a following of repeat clients to drive sales.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and KPIs.
• Assist in recruiting and training a team of support managers and client experience focused associates.
• Train and coach team to meet client service standards and company policies and procedures.
• Create and manage in-store events, marketing initiatives and CRM activity to drive and reward repeat business.
• Implement product and visual merchandising directives and techniques to maximize space and drive sales.
• Manage inventory control procedures including product receipt, transfers and returns.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including front of house and stock space.
• Foster a work environment focused on teamwork and productivity.
