Job summary

Reebok in Atlantic City, NJ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will help drive sales, ensure store standards, and develop associates in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will partner with leadership to plan, train and execute merchandising, operations and customer service initiatives, while maintaining a positive, energetic atmosphere for staff and customers alike.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-focused retail environment.
• Minimum 2 years in an Assistant Store Manager or Co-Manager role in a similar business preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open and move products and fixtures up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to create action plans to achieve results and grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Develop team members to create a great customer experience.
• Oversee assigned division of responsibility and be accountable for results.
• Support store standards for merchandising and operations.
• Learn all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive the business.
• Perform POS transactions and management functions in the absence of the Store Manager.
