Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and mentor others.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Aufgaben

• Drive store performance by supporting sales, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations (merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, receiving).
• Recruit, train, and develop Associates; mentor and lead a positive work environment.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and store efficiency improvements.
