Qualifications

• Background check required for employment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of state employment laws preferred.
• Retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and ensure a clean, inviting store.
• Uphold brand standards, pricing accuracy, and product availability.
• Execute promotions and ensure signage/POS materials are displayed.
• Assist with recruiting, coaching, and performance discussions.
• Perform cashier and food service duties as needed.
• Monitor safety, security, and labor policies; report incidents.
