Family Dollar in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations, supervise team members, and deliver strong customer service.

You will assist with merchandising, scheduling and payroll, processing disclosures, and loss prevention while maintaining a clean, well-stocked sales floor.

This part-time role requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment. Experience in retail management preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills are required.
