Job summary

The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in directing the daily operations of their Andy’s store in support of the Mission, Values and Culture while role modeling Andy’s Standard of Excellence and taking ownership of functional responsibilities within the store.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of proven management experience in the food service industry or leadership role in related industry
• Must be 18+ years of age

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing daily store operations with General Manager
• Lead and train crew to deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage food ordering and inventory processes
• Ensure proper product rotation and food safety training
• Communicate with District Manager and home office as appropriate
• Support staffing, scheduling, and store operations to maximize efficiency
• Enforce company policies, dress code, and health regulations
