Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and loss prevention activities.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect and secure all company assets, including cash.
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines; train and develop store associates.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful customer and colleague environment.
• Keep the store clean, restock bathrooms, sweep/mop floors, and manage trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
