Responsibilities

• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Manage store in the Store Manager's absence and ensure customer service excellence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments; monitor inventory, sales stats and expenses.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and store standards; communicate inventory movement and trends.
