Qualifications

• Ability to recruit, supervise, schedule, train, and develop a high-performance team.
• Experience with store operations and P&L is a plus.
• ASE Certification preferred or automotive knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Lead and energize the team to achieve sales targets and WOW customer service.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and store standards in the manager's absence.
• Ensure safety, PPE compliance, and efficient cash handling and loss prevention.
