You will lead with strong communication, develop staff, ensure WOW! customer service, manage inventory and budgets, and maintain safe, merchandising-focused store standards. This role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability; ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in recruiting, supervising, scheduling, training, and developing staff.
• Ensure clear communication with employees and customers to foster a positive environment.
• Help meet sales targets and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure store operations compliance and efficient workflows in the absence of store leadership.
• Lead safety and PPE compliance and risk management activities.
• Support budgeting, analyze P&L, and monitor expenses.
• Provide WOW! customer service and resolve concerns proactively.
• Ensure merchandising standards and a clean, organized store.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
