Job summary

FIGS is seeking a capable Assistant Store Manager for our new Scottsdale store in Fashion Square Mall. You will support the store manager in retail operations and develop sales associates, setting the tone for customer experience and brand representation.

You’ll lead by example on the sales floor, coach the team, and drive sales goals while ensuring safety and efficient store performance during the holiday season.

Qualifications

• 5+ years retail experience in a store environment.
• 2+ years managing high-volume retail operations.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability for Black Friday and peak holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Represent FIGS brand and mission on the sales floor.
• Coach and develop sales associates; manage store standards.
• Execute projects with tight deadlines and monitor inventory needs.
• Lead floor presence ≥4 days/week; train staff for great customer experiences.
• Track hours, expenses, and review P&L accuracy; enforce safety procedures.
