Qualifications

• 4 year college or university degree in business, retail management, or related field.
• Experience managing a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Strong communication with customers and store personnel.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
• Knowledge of profit and loss and store KPIs.
