Stonebriar Auto Services LLC, operating Jiffy Lube in Rockford, IL, seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will provide hands-on leadership, training, and safety guidance to teammates, while supporting financial performance and an energetic, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities include stepping in for Lube Techs and Mechanics as needed, supervising staff, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced automotive service environment preferred.
• Willingness to perform technician duties when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership, training and safety guidance to store teammates.
• Motivate staff to meet operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service goals.
• Fill in for Lube Techs and Mechanics as needed based on business needs.
• Require a current and valid driver's license.
• Prior vehicle maintenance experience preferred but not required; training provided.
