Stonebriar Auto Services LLC in Rockford, IL, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Jiffy Lube location. You will provide hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, and direction to store teammates to meet operating objectives and guest service goals.

You may perform duties of Lube Techs and Mechanics when needed; a stable work history in a physical environment with supervisory experience helps. A current and valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role in a physical environment.
• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Vehicle maintenance experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates to meet objectives and guest service goals.
• Ensure store financial performance and operational targets are achieved with energetic environment.
• Frequently perform functions of Lube Techs and Mechanics as needed.
