Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or food experience
• Must complete Assistant Manager Training program before assigned in this role
• High School or GED required

Responsibilities

• Manages the store team’s Guest Service behaviors and coaches to greet guests warmly and resolve issues
• Support Store Manager in building a strong team with training, scheduling, coaching, and promoting company values
• Partner with Store Manager to achieve operational excellence and hit sales objectives
• Assist with store appearance, cleanliness, and stock management including coffee station and food service areas
• Maintain product levels across sales floor and ensure 100% stock availability
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or in Manager's absence
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodations
