Von Maur, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Illinois to support the store manager by coaching associates, sharing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional service.

You will help motivate the team to help customers create their personal style and maintain a clean, exciting store. Responsibilities include training and coaching, developing relationships to grow store business, handling sales goals, assessing performance, and solving customer problems.

Qualifications

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example (≤140 chars)
• Develop relationships to grow store business (≤140 chars)
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts (≤140 chars)
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs (≤140 chars)
• Assess associate performance to improve service quality and meet store goals (≤140 chars)
