ALDO Group is seeking a Store Manager in Philadelphia to lead daily operations, drive sales, and inspire a high-performing team. You will set the tone on the shop floor, ensuring an on-brand customer experience and efficient store performance.

The role requires strong leadership, fashion interest, and a proactive approach to coaching and development, with availability for varied shifts to support peak hours.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• Strong interest in fashion.
• Natural leader with a growth mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and exceed targets by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a seamless customer experience across all channels.
• Coach, train, and develop your team to keep performance strong and consistent.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, including loss prevention, payments, discounts, returns, and exchanges.
• Manage team scheduling to keep the store running efficiently.
• Maintain high standards for visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Support daily operations, including stocking, replenishment, and back-of-house tasks.
• Build an engaged, inclusive team culture where everyone feels supported and motivated.
