Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver Scooter’s “Amazing” customer service and quality beverage experience.
• Maintain speed of service during busy periods while maintaining a calm, positive atmosphere.
• Assist the Store Manager in onboarding and training new team members.
• Build strong working relationships with team members and identify individual motivation factors.
• Seek opportunities to increase individual and team sales proactively.
• Handle cash, point of sale systems, and operational procedures accurately and consistently.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Serve as a keyholder, following all opening and closing procedures.
• Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and adaptability.
• Support Store Manager with administrative duties as needed.
