Citi Trends is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Columbia, SC to support daily store operations, drive sales, and mentor store associates. Partnering with the Store Manager, you will help manage staffing, onboarding, and training to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, operational excellence, and adherence to company policies while maintaining a safe, organized shopping environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver excellent service.
• Assist with inventory control, transactions, and shrink prevention.
• Supervise associates in sales, inventory, cash handling, and service.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of store staff.
• Help maintain staffing levels through recruiting efforts.
