Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop store associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet KPIs.
• Lead in-store selling and omni-channel execution; ensure brand standards and merchandising.
• Recruit and train team; manage scheduling and communications with Store Manager.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, payroll, and opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain safety and loss prevention; ensure inventory and cash controls are in place.
