Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in store operations, payroll, and inventory.
• Train and coach associates to uphold MAPS standards.
• Manage scheduling and daily store tasks; ensure loss prevention compliance.
• Oversee cash handling, price changes, and merchandise flow.
• Lead recruitment and development of the store team.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and profitability.
