Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Minimum 3 years prior retail or sales management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills.
• Able to travel to stores throughout the district.
• Knowledge of store operations and cash handling.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepares weekly schedules and reviews payroll documentation.
• Promotes excellent customer service and responds to inquiries promptly.
• Supervises staff in sales, inventory receipt, cash handling, and customer service.
• Demonstrates selling techniques and guides merchandise selection.
• Maintains a clean, visually appealing store and high housekeeping standards.
• Trains staff on visual merchandising and standards.
• Monitors sales performance and coaches associates to improve.
• Performs financial activities and cash controls per policy.
• Manages inventory receipt/stock replenishment and inventories.
• Oversees store operations and compliance with laws and loss prevention.
• Supports recruitment, hiring, and development of associates.
