Responsibilities include coaching sales associates, maintaining store visuals, driving operational efficiency, managing shift coverage, and delivering an engaging customer experience while upholding safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-focused, sales-driven store environment and KPI execution.
• Coach Sales Associates and manage shifts to ensure coverage.
• Maintain store visuals and merchandising standards.
• Drive operational efficiency and safety in the store and stockroom.
• Handle customer issues per policy and deliver an engaging experience.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve the customer experience.
