Job summary

Jockey International, Inc. is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager for our Pleasant Prairie, WI location. As MOD, you will lead store operations, coaching and developing a team to achieve key metrics and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, merchandising, and safeguarding assets while ensuring adherence to corporate programs and standards. This role requires strong leadership and flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–3 years of management experience in a retail environment.
• Strong selling experience and ability to meet/exceed performance standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in attracting, developing and retaining strong talent.
• Flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership aligned with Jockey’s values and culture.
• Build positive relationships with teammates and guests to drive satisfaction.
• Lead training and onboarding of new associates and coach the store team.
• Review key performance metrics to drive profitability and service.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory control, and adherence to visual standards.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and standard cash handling.
