The Men's Wearhouse, LLC seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Overland Park, KS to support the Store Manager in coaching, development, and running an exceptional store team. You will help recruit, onboard, train and guide staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

Responsibilities
