You will coach onboarding, manage performance, optimize inventory, execute planograms and visual standards, maintain safety, and foster a welcoming environment that elevates the guest experience and loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School completion or equivalent GED required.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Solution-oriented and able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist in building a high-performing team aligned with Brand Values and leadership expectations.
• Contribute to onboarding, development, and performance management of team members.
• Support store operations, inventory management, and loss prevention.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, drive sales, and maintain a safe, inviting shopping environment.
