You will recruit, train, and coach a motivated team while ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards. In this role, you’ll manage inventories, visual merchandising, and budget controls, while collaborating with marketing initiatives and community engagement to strengthen the brand

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience leading retail teams and achieving sales targets.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Comfort with retail management software and standard office tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
