This role offers hands-on experience to develop your supervisory skills, coaching abilities, coffee/tea passion, and business acumen. It aims to build your understanding of store management, teaching you how to create success for a multi-million-dollar business, develop great teams, and foster a welcoming community meeting place. Vacation accrual varies by state and role. The base pay depends on factors such as experience, location, and internal policies. The Assistant Store Manager role is overtime eligible, but overtime hours are not guaranteed.
