Job description

Catbird is looking for an experienced retail Assistant Store Manager to join the team in LA at our store in Culver City. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for store sales performance, our in-store customer experience, and people management of the store staff; developing store processes and procedures to continuously elevate the customer experience and store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Managing Key Holders, Sales Associates, and Zappers through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
  2. Fostering positive team communication and keeping the team informed of policy, product, and procedural updates.
  3. Serving as the point person for staff and customers, resolving customer service issues efficiently and effectively.
  4. Developing and executing training plans for new employees and supporting existing staff development.
  5. Encouraging staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  6. Assisting with customer service challenges and escalations as needed.
  7. Assuming Store Manager responsibilities in their absence.
