**We'd love to hear from people with:**

  • At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or
  • 4+ years of US Military service, or
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, or
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-focused environment, or
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team partners professionally, and
  • Minimum High School diploma or GED.

**Requirements:**

  • Legal documentation establishing your identity and employment eligibility.
  • Ability to work full-time, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, often exceeding 40 hours per week.
