• Support opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily operational requirements.
• Help maintain accurate inventory through receiving, replenishment, inventory counts, and adherence to loss prevention procedures.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, signage, and store cleanliness meet company standards.
• Assist with floor sets and merchandising changes.
• Support scheduling and effective use of payroll in partnership with the Store Manager.

Demonstrated ability to drive sales, coach associates, and support daily store operations.

Experience building customer relationships through outreach, appointments, and client follow-up.

Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to organize priorities and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Postsecondary education in retail management or a related field is a plus.
