Job summary

Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving daily sales, profitability targets, and a premium customer experience.

You will coach and develop team members, maintain visual standards, and ensure product knowledge across jewelry lines while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining standards to attain sales and profit projections
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction and develop team product knowledge through training
• Recruiting and selection of team members and adherence to company policies and procedures
