Spring Footwear Corp. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at Jersey Shore Premium Outlets in Tinton Falls, NJ.

The role supports the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, drives sales, delivers exceptional customer service, and develops the team to represent the Spring Step Shoes brand at its highest level. You will lead by example, recruit and onboard talent, coach associates, ensure merchandising standards, and maintain store safety and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience; footwear or fashion industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic software applications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.

Position Overview

TheAssistant Store Manageris a key leadership role, acting as a brand ambassador and supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations. This role focuses on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, developing the team, and maintaining operational excellence. You will lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure the Spring Step Shoes brand is represented at its highest level.
