Job summary

PACSUN is seeking a Part-time Assistant Store Manager in Tampa, FL to support the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, sales-driven store. This role requires inspiring and motivating the team while ensuring policies and procedures are followed and KPIs are met.

You will help maintain store standards, coach Sales Associates, and manage daily operations to deliver an engaging customer experience. Weekend and holiday flexibility are required.
