Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing our team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets.

The role requires proven supervisory and retail operations skills in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for coaching others to reach their full potential and a commitment to delivering outstanding brand experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, ideally in cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring to achieve sales and service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
