Family Dollar Stores Of Wisconsin LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development in Pepin, Wisconsin. You will assist with day-to-day activities, help customers, organize merchandise, and ensure store standards and safety compliance.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with experience in retail management preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
• Lift up to 55 lbs; frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills required
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills required

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Process corporate directives and store communications
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays for effectiveness
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, record keeping, and loss prevention
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards
• Protect and secure store assets including cash
• Adhere to safety policies and ensure staff follow procedures
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff
• Maintain store cleanliness including restrooms, floors, trash, and neatness
• Additional duties as assigned
